Never Say Never by Daniel J. Barrett

A shootout with terrorists at Orlando International Airport, killing one police officer and wounding two others, thrusts US Coast Guard Lieutenant Joe Traynor and his team of highly skilled experts into the middle of another dangerous investigation.
